Dronitaly: Briefly tells us about the company's and Globalvia's mission in the UAM/AAM world.
Jose Ignacio Rodriguez: Bluenest is Globalvia's innovation business line for advanced air mobility and vertiports management. Its objective is to be the key player in this new infrastructure for air logistics, passenger transport, automated services with UAS and other applications offered by eVTOLs. Placing the citizen at the center, Bluenest designs and operates both vertiports and logistics lockers that will connect the new air routes with mobility on the ground, guaranteeing safe and efficient operations for all the actors in this new ecosystem.
Dronitaly: What are the innovations that Bluenest brings with its professionalism to the world of vertiport operations and sustainable infrastructures?
Jose Ignacio Rodriguez: Bluenest by Globalvia is already developing vertiport control solutions in order to be leader in Innovative Air Mobility infrastructure for aerial logistics, transport of passengers and other eVTOL uses. Our network of vertiports are technologically agnostic and designed to be interoperable with different eVTOLs, ATM and UTM solutions and other stakeholders systems, adaptable to any site and environmentally sustainable.
We are working in automated systems for ground movement of vehicles, artificial intelligence applications, sustainable infrastructures with renewable energy and other Innovations.
Dronitaly: Thanks to the partnership with eVertiSKY, what developments do you foresee in the future for the transport sector using eVTOL?
Jose Ignacio Rodriguez: Bluenest by Globalvia has a pivotal role in the partnership with eVertiSKY for combined AAM projects, playing the crucial role of vertiport operators for groundbreaking opportunities in Italy, US and beyond. Together, we can reach new heigths in our endeavors.
